My journey to art

Vera Schröder is an abstract artist who finds her inspiration in nature. Since 2014, she has been creating paintings that capture the beauty of nature and bring color into the lives of others.

Vera’s passion for painting began in high school, where she explored various techniques and materials. The connection to nature was often explored here. Vera enjoys spending time in nature, whether in the forest or at the beach, and finds both peace and inspiration for her art in these surroundings.

As a psychologist, Vera understands the profound impact nature has on well-being. Spending time in nature promotes happiness and mental clarity, and she integrates this philosophy into her art. Likewise, she recognizes the importance of art in enhancing human well-being, as it fosters emotional expression, reduces stress, and creates a sense of connection.

The art I love to make

In her recent artworks, inspired by the beach, she has added natural elements like sand, shells, and oysters into her paintings, alongside the paint she uses. This way nature becomes part of the artwork. She also adds shimmering elements to her paintings, such as pearlescent paint or small pieces of gold leaf, to create more shine and a magical effect.

Currently, Vera is working on a new series incorporating gemstones. By integrating an artwork with these stones into your space, its energy is believed to enhance your well-being. Vera is always looking for ways to make an artwork unique and exclusive.
