newsletter subscribe field on our website, when you fill in your email address
and click the subscribe button you give us permission to add you to our
newsletter subscribers. In the newsletter you can read information, updates and
news about our products and services. We use your email address for this. We
keep this information until you cancel the subscription. You can cancel the
subscription to the newsletter at any time. Every newsletter contains an
unsubscribe link. Or you can contact us to cancel your subscription.
Place
an order
When you
place an order with us, we collect personal data in connection with the
purchase, we use your personal data to handle it properly. This data includes
your payment data, such as your debit card number and other card information.
We also receive information about your payment from your bank company. For this
we use your account and authentication information, payment details, billing
details like your billing address, name and address details, shipping details,
and contact details like your e-mail address.
How long we retain your data
We will
retain any data for as long as obliged for administrative, legal or security
purposes. For example all emails or other contact details, payment data,
shipping details and invoice data, I am obliged to keep for at least 7 years.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you will remain subscribed until you
unsubscribe in one of the newsletter emails you got or you can contact us to
unsubscribe.
Who we share your data with

you provide to us through the ordering process will only be used to fulfill
your order, to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact
you if there are any issues.
We work with

we only share personal data with companies that provide services on our behalf.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders. We may then give your
personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. These
companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable
information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order, and they are
obligated to protect your data. We keep this information until your order has
been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the
statutory fiscal retention obligation. I might also am obliged to pass on
certain information, like billing details to the tax authorities.

supplement the personal data that we process about you if they are incorrect or
incomplete. If you prefer you can also request us to delete any personal data
